Employment After Graduate School: Leveraging Your Transferable Experience

This workshop will help students think how to position themselves for a successful transition to life after school and how to leverage their graduate experience such that it speaks to industrial settings.

Led by Imad Nars and Shah Sotodeh, Engineering Career Centre at the University of Toronto

 

Registration

Registration is open for the "Employment After Graduate School: Leveraging Your Transferable Experience" workshop. Priority will be given to pre-registered attendees, but drop-ins are welcome if there is space available.

The target audience for this workshop is graduate students. However, all conference attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend.

 

Speaker Bios

Imad Nars is Business Development Coordinator at the University of Toronto's Engineering Career Centre. Nars is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA graduate with over 9 years of experience in the construction and recruitment industries.
 
Shah Sotodeh is Co-op Coordinator at the University of Toronto's Engineering Career Centre. Sotodeh holds degrees in Space Engineering and a Masters in Space Science, as well as a Career Educator Certificate. He brings a wealth of experience in research, employer engagement, event management, and student advising/mentoring.
