After we have received your information, you will receive the invitation letter by e-mail in PDF format. Please note that letters cannot be mailed in hard copy.

Please note: Invitation letters for presenters will only be sent after their abstract has been received, or their conference registration paid on or before midnight EDT August 28, 2018. Delegates who are not presenting may request a letter of invitation after paying for their registration.

Requests for Letters of Invitation may be sent before an abstract has been accepted. In this case, please send the Presentation Date when it's received.
